This four-season drama, RISE FROM THE SHADOWS, is not just a documentary; it is a testament to the power of Strategic Transformation Advocacy in action, serving as the core content output for USAID's impactful Youth Conservation Corps (YCC) activity. As The Crisis Compass, my expertise drove the entire project, ensuring authentic narrative fidelity met international production standards. I managed the end-to-end production process for the entire series, overseeing everything from initial script development to final post-production, often navigating limited resources to achieve a high-quality result. This production required a deep understanding of the human story to capture the authentic, real-life transformations of marginalized youth in the Cox’s Bazar and Bandarban districts. This series is living proof that Digital Transformation is achieved by finding the most authentic voice and crafting the story with precision and purpose.
