Communication Accomplishments
Mission-Level Strategic Alignment: Executed and drove the implementation of the Communication Strategy for USAID Bangladesh, ensuring alignment with the Country Development Cooperation Strategy (CDCS) for 2020–2027 to support Bangladesh's development as an "Inclusive, Democratic, Prosperous, and Resilient Indo-Pacific Partner."
Organizational Standardization: Developed and implemented the guide, “Navigating Social Media: A Guide for USAID Implementing Partners,” detailing Strategies and Best Practices for Effective Online Engagement for 70+ USAID Implementing partners in 100+ USAID funded projects.
International Portfolio Strategy: Developed a communication and social media strategy for the USAID Turizam project, a five-year, $20 million initiative in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Economic Development Advocacy: Developed a communication and social media strategy for the USAID Diaspora Invest project, which supported more than 200 diaspora start-ups and early-stage firms in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

For UNICEF Bangladesh:
Drives strategic direction and execution of the country communication strategy, directly supporting the US$180M+ multi-sectoral portfolio (health, protection, education, humanitarian response).
Developed a communication strategy and action plan to uphold UNICEF's objectives, showcase its contributions and impacts, and prevent reputational damage from funding crisis.
Developed recommendations for the Media Reform Commission 2025 in Bangladesh.
Prepared the UNICEF Media Engagement Plan for 2025.
Lead inter-agency collaboration to ensure UNICEF's messaging was accurate, timely, and transparent.

For USAID Bangladesh:
Portfolio Strategy & Oversight: Provided strategic communications oversight for a $300 million development and outreach portfolio supporting 100+ multisectoral projects. Established branding regulations compliance (ADS 320) and strategic outreach standards across 70+ implementing partners.
Digital Transformation & Strategy: Directed and coordinated the global rank #1 USAID Facebook page, including other social media presence (Instagram, Twitter, YouTube), developing the strategic plan and content guidelines. Established consistent messaging and branding compliance across 70+ implementing partners.
Capacity & Culture Building: Guided and trained around 60 USAID technical staff and more than 70 implementing partners under 100+ USAID funded projects, on best practices in branding, creative content development, strategic outreach to ensure compliance, effective integration of communication throughout project design and implementation, and systematically increasing internal communications capacity.
Youth Engagement & Campaigns: Developed and implemented strategic plans for Youth and Media Engagement, to effectively engage university students and journalists, utilizing digital campaigns to drive audience engagement and behavior change (e.g., Climate Action).
Strategic Outreach & Visibility: Developed and executed strategic public relations initiatives reaching 20M+ people to promote business-led social impact and public health programs.
High-Level Field Logistics: Organized and executed field visits for VIPs, Ambassadors, and Mission Directors, managing comprehensive briefing, media coverage, and audio-visual documentation.
